StressBuddy does not collect any personal data from its users. The only data we collect is page view information via Google Analytics to help us understand which pages are being used.

The information collected via Google Analytics is used solely to improve the App by understanding user interaction with different pages. No personal information is collected or used.

We have implemented measures designed to secure your information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. However, please note that the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our App.

These terms of service (“Terms”) govern your use of the StressBuddy App. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the App, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Use of the App
StressBuddy is available on Android and iOS. The App is designed to work offline and does not require an internet connection for its primary functions. You are responsible for your own usage of the App.
3. No Guarantees
The App is provided “as-is” without any warranties or guarantees. Tiny Cado, LLC does not guarantee that the App will be error-free or that it will function without interruption. The App is not backed by scientific evidence and should not be considered a substitute for professional advice.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tiny Cado, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the App; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the App by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the App; and/or (vi) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.
5. No Refunds
StressBuddy is provided without any refunds. Once you have downloaded or accessed the App, you will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
6. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by updating the effective date of these Terms. By continuing to use the App after the changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
